The Endeavor Outliers program extends over a year, providing tailored support to founders leading high-growth businesses. The program equips participants with valuable resources and fosters a collaborative environment where founders can share experiences, learn from each other, and connect with world-class leaders.

Despite global economic headwinds, the 2024 Endeavor Outliers demonstrate exceptional resilience and growth. Collectively, they represent companies with an average revenue significantly exceeding similar private companies, with some achieving unicorn status.

These inspiring entrepreneurs are committed to giving back. They have dedicated a remarkable amount of time, nearly 2,000 hours, to mentoring and advising other founders. Their investments through Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment fund, have surpassed $40 million. Additionally, a significant number actively contribute by serving on the board of their local Endeavor chapter.

The Endeavor Outliers program was not just a springboard for my company’s growth but a crucible that forged an invaluable network of peers,” said Christian Wessels, Former Outlier, CEO of Daystar Power and Endeavor Nigeria Board Member. “As an Outlier alum now on the board, I see the same fire and potential in the Nigerian founders of the 2024 class. The camaraderie and shared war stories are the forge where resilience and ingenuity are truly honed. It’s an honor to pay it forward and empower them to become successful entrepreneurs and impactful changemakers for Nigeria’s future.”

The Endeavor Outliers program fosters a supportive network where founders can connect, share challenges, and find solutions. This collaborative environment empowers them to navigate the complexities of scaling a business and achieve even greater success. The 2024 program will commence officially in June with the annual Outliers Retreat in California.

While celebrating the achievements of these outstanding entrepreneurs, Endeavor also recognizes the unique challenges they face. Many are pioneering new paths in their respective industries, with limited access to established role models. The Endeavor Outliers program connects them with a global network of peers who share similar experiences, fostering valuable knowledge exchange and mutual support.

I am thrilled to welcome the Class of 2024 Outliers from the Endeavor Nigeria portfolio companies. We are dedicated to offering these high-impact founders the mentorship, network and resources they need to scale their businesses and foster positive change in Nigeria and beyond,” said Ireayomide Oladunjoye, Managing Director and CEO of Endeavor Nigeria.
